Places available for France and Belgium battlefields trip

The tour, from June 8-13, includes three nights in Arras, walks on the Somme battlefield, a ceremony at the

Bradford Pals Memorial, two nights in Ypres, trips to Flanders battlefields and the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate.

WW1 Group chairman Tricia Restorick said: “Family requests for cemetery visits are welcome. We will have expert, experienced guides throughout and help available for online research.”

The cost is £599 sharing twin-bedded rooms in hotels (single person supp £186) and the price includes ferry crossings, five nights’ bed and breakfast, and excursions.
